Delete your Park'd account
In the app (fastest)
- Open Park'd and go to Settings.
- Tap Manage Account, then Delete Account.
- Confirm. You're signed out right away.
This deletes your Park'd sign-in and your account record, which holds your visited parks, favorites, trips and trip notes. It can't be undone.
Trip photos
Photos you attached to trips are stored separately. To make sure they're removed too, email contact@parkd.app from the address on your account (or tell us your account email) and we'll delete them and confirm.
By email
Can't open the app? Email contact@parkd.app with the subject “Delete my Park'd account” from the address you signed up with. We'll delete the account and everything in it, including trip photos, and confirm by email, normally within 30 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Park'd Premium subscription. Apple and Google handle billing, so cancel in your Apple ID subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
Your website checklist
The checklist on parkd.app isn't part of your account: it lives only in your browser. Clear it with the Reset button on the checklist, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
