Eight primitive campgrounds (plus Gauley Tailwaters in Gauley River NRA)

Reservations are not available; all sites are first-come, first-served. There are no camping fees. In busy months campgrounds fill quickly, so NPS recommends a back-up plan.

Meadow Creek Campground

Reservations are not required except for the group site (for groups of 8 or more). Group site can be reserved by calling 304-465-6517. Sites are first come-first serve.

Grandview Sandbar

All sites are managed on a first-come, first-served basis and reservations are not accepted.

Army Camp

All sites are managed on a first-come, first-served basis and reservations are not accepted.

Glade Creek Campground
